Ingredients for - Waffle Fry Pot Pie

1. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2. 2 chicken breasts, diced
3. 1 tsp. garlic powder
4. Kosher salt
5. Freshly ground black pepper
6. 1/2 white onion, diced
7. 1 can peas and carrots
8. 1/2 c. frozen corn
9. 1 can cream of chicken soup
10. 1 c. water
11. 1 9" frozen pie crust
12. 1 bag seasoned waffle fries

How to cook deliciously - Waffle Fry Pot Pie

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 375°.

2 . Stage

In a large pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken breasts and garlic powder, then season with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes before adding onion. Cook until the onions have turned translucent, then add the peas, carrots, corn, chicken soup, and water, stirring until just combined. Remove from heat.

3 . Stage

Pour filling into the pie crust and top with a layer of waffle fries.

4 . Stage

Bake until crust has lightly browned, 20 to 22 minutes.
