Ingredients for - Bang Bang Cauliflower Kebabs

1. 2 small heads cauliflower, cut into florets -
2. 1/4 c. sweet chili sauce -
3. 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
4. 1 tbsp. Sriracha -
5. 1/2 tsp. chili flakes -
6. 3 cloves garlic, minced -
7. Juice of 1 lime -
8. Kosher salt -
9. 1 green onion, thinly sliced -
10. 1 tsp. Toasted sesame seeds -

How to cook deliciously - Bang Bang Cauliflower Kebabs

1. Stage

In a large pot of boiling water, blanch cauliflower, 4-6 minutes until fork tender. Drain into colander and rinse with cold water to halt cooking.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, oil, Sriracha, chili flakes, garlic, and lime juice. Add cauliflower to bowl and toss to coat. Season with salt. 

3. Stage

Heat grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Thread cauliflower onto skewers and grill, turning frequently, until cauliflower is charred and tender, about 10 minutes. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds and serve.
