Ingredients for - Pickle Sushi

1. 2 oz. cream cheese, softened -
2. 3 tbsp. mayonnaise -
3. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder -
4. Pinch of cayenne pepper -
5. Kosher salt -
6. 1/2 c. Cheddar, grated -
7. 1 jar whole pickles, sliced lengthwise -
8. 2 oz. salami, chopped -
9. Grainy mustard, for dipping -

How to cook deliciously - Pickle Sushi

1. Stage

In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Season with garlic powder, cayenne, and salt, then fold in cheddar. Cover with plastic wrap and let chill in fridge at least 15 minutes.

2. Stage

Spread about 1 teaspoon cheese mixture on a pickle, then add salami and roll up. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve with mustard for dipping.
