Ingredients for - Cilantro Lime Shrimp

1. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2. 4 garlic cloves, grated
3. 2 limes, zested and juiced
4. Kosher salt
5. Freshly ground black pepper
6. 1 lb. tail-on shrimp, peeled and deveined
7. 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
8. 1/2 c. chopped cilantro (leaves and stems)

How to cook deliciously - Cilantro Lime Shrimp

1 . Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil and garlic; sauté for 1 minute. Add lime zest and juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and shrimp. Cook until pink, about 2 minutes.

2 . Stage

Turn off heat and add butter and cilantro. Stir until butter is melted and creates a silky sauce. Serve immediately.
