1. Crushed tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
2. Onion, chopped - 1 small
3. Garam masala - 2 tablespoons
4. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
5. Minced fresh ginger root - 1 tablespoon
6. Kosher salt - 1 tablespoon
7. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
8. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground coriander - ½ teaspoon
10. Skinless, boneless chicken thighs - 2 pounds
11. Plain low-fat Greek yogurt - ½ cup
12. Chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Stir tomatoes, onion, garam masala, garlic, ginger, salt, brown sugar, cumin, and coriander together in a slow cooker until well-mixed. Place chicken thighs in tomato mixture.
