3. Garam masala 2 tablespoons
4. Minced garlic 1 tablespoon

7. Brown sugar 1 tablespoon
8. Ground cumin ½ teaspoon
9. Ground coriander ½ teaspoon
10. Skinless, boneless chicken thighs 2 pounds
11. Plain low-fat Greek yogurt ½ cup
12. Chopped fresh cilantro ¼ cup

1 . Stage
