Ingredients for - Cheesy Ravioli Bake

1. 6 strips bacon, chopped
2. 3 cloves garlic, minced
3. 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
4. 2 c. milk
5. 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan
6. Kosher salt
7. Freshly ground black pepper
8. 4 c. baby spinach
9. 3 packages refrigerated ravioli (depending on size of baking dish)
10. 2 c. shredded mozzarella
11. Torn fresh basil, for garnish

How to cook deliciously - Cheesy Ravioli Bake

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook bacon pieces until crispy, 8 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute, then add flour and stir until golden and combined, 1 minute more.

2 . Stage

Add milk and whisk until combined, then add Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let thicken, 2 minutes, then add spinach until wilted, 30 seconds. Set aside.

3 . Stage

In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce. Top with a layer of ravioli, then top with a layer of mozzarella and another layer of sauce. Continue until you run out of ravioli.

4 . Stage

Bake until cheese is bubbly and dish is warmed through, 28 to 30 minutes. (Broil the last couple minutes for the cheese to brown.)

Garnish with basil and serve.
