Ingredients for - Pickleback Pulled Pork
1. 6 lb. Pork Roast -
4. 1 tsp. red chili flakes -
5. 1 tsp. coriander seeds -
6. 1 tsp. mustard seeds -
7. 1 tsp. dried dill -
8. 1 jar pickle juice -
9. 1/2 c. whiskey -
10. Pickles, for serving -
11. Buns, for serving -
12. Grainy mustard, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Pickleback Pulled Pork
1. Stage
In a small bowl, mix together salt, red chili flakes, garlic, coriander, mustard seeds, and dried dill. Rub all over pork roast.
2. Stage
Place in slow cooker and pour pickle juice and whiskey around sides. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours (or about 1 hour per pound).
3. Stage
Remove pork from slow cooker and shred. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with mustard and pickles on buns.
