1. 2 lb. chicken wings -
2. 1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce -
3. 1/4 c. brown sugar -
4. 3 cloves garlic, minced -
5. 2 tsp. ground ginger -
6. 1 tsp. cayenne pepper -
7. 1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper -
8. Kosher salt -
9. 1 tbsp. cornstarch -
10. 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Slow-Cooker General Tso Chicken Wings

1. Stage

Place chicken wings in a large slow-cooker.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Season with salt, then add cornstarch and stir until mixed. Pour over chicken and toss to combine.

Cover and cook on high until cooked through, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Heat broiler. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and pour wings onto them. Broil until crispy, 5 minutes.
