1. 1/4 c. mayonnaise -
2. 1 stalk celery, finely diced -
3. 2 tbsp. lemon juice -
4. 2 tbsp. finely chopped chives, plus more for serving -

6. 3 (12-oz.) lobster tails, steamed, meat removed and chopped (3 c.) -
7. Butterhead lettuce, for serving -
8. Sliced avocado, for serving -
9. Lemon wedges, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Lobster Salad

1. Stage

In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, and chives. Season with salt. Fold in chopped lobster meat.

2. Stage

Lay lettuce on a serving platter, then top with lobster salad. Garnish with avocado, more chives, and a squeeze of lemon.
