Ingredients for - Greek Tortellini Salad
1. 3 (9-oz.) packages refrigerated cheese tortellini -
3. 1 large cucumber, cut into half moons -
4. 1/2 small red onion, diced -
5. 1 c. kalamata olives, halved lengthwise -
6. 1 1/2 c. crumbled feta -
7. 1/3 c. freshly chopped dill -
8. 2/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
9. 1/3 c. red wine vinegar -
How to cook deliciously - Greek Tortellini Salad
1. Stage
Cook tortellini according to pasta instructions. Drain.
2. Stage
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, mustard, and season generously with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, onion, cucumber, olives, and dill and stir until combined, then add cooked tortellini and stir until coated.

Fold in feta and serve.
