Ingredients for - Linguine with Clams

1. Linguine pasta - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Unsalted butter - 8 tablespoons
3. Medium white onion, chopped - 1
4. Fresh mushrooms, sliced - 8 ounces
5. Garlic, pressed - 4 cloves
6. Dry white wine - 1 cup
7. Chopped clams, drained and rinsed with juices reserved - 4 (6.5 ounce) cans
8. Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
9. Freshly ground black pepper - 2 tablespoons
10. Chopped flat leaf parsley - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Linguine with Clams

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Stage

Melt butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic, and saute until tender. Pour in wine and simmer for 10 minutes, reducing heat if necessary.

3. Stage

Stir in clams, reserved clam juice, sour cream, pepper, and parsley, and simmer another 20 minutes. Toss with linguine, and serve. Enjoy!
