Ingredients for - Cacio E Pepe Mushrooms

1. 1 1/2 lb. cremini mushrooms
2. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
3. 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
4. Kosher salt
5. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
6. 2 tsp. freshly chopped parsley

How to cook deliciously - Cacio E Pepe Mushrooms

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 450°. Toss mushrooms with oil on a large rimmed baking sheet. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Spread in an even layer.

2 . Stage

Roast mushrooms until tender and golden in places, about 25 minutes. 

3 . Stage

Sprinkle warm mushrooms with Parmesan and toss to coat. Transfer mushrooms and any juices in pan onto a serving platter. 

4 . Stage

Garnish with more Parmesan and parsley before serving.
