Ingredients for - Cacio E Pepe Mushrooms

1. 1 1/2 lb. cremini mushrooms -
2. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper -
4. Kosher salt -
5. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish -
6. 2 tsp. freshly chopped parsley -

How to cook deliciously - Cacio E Pepe Mushrooms

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 450°. Toss mushrooms with oil on a large rimmed baking sheet. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Spread in an even layer.

2. Stage

Roast mushrooms until tender and golden in places, about 25 minutes. 

3. Stage

Sprinkle warm mushrooms with Parmesan and toss to coat. Transfer mushrooms and any juices in pan onto a serving platter. 

4. Stage

Garnish with more Parmesan and parsley before serving.
