Ingredients for - Chimichurri Sauce

1. 1 c. firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley
2. 3 cloves garlic
3. 2 tbsp. fresh oregano
4. 1/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil
5. 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
6. 2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest (optional)
7. Pinch of red pepper flakes
8. Kosher salt

How to cook deliciously - Chimichurri Sauce

1 . Stage

In a food processor, pulse parsley, garlic, and oregano until herbs and garlic are finely chopped. (This can also be done by hand with a chef's knife.)

2 . Stage

Transfer parsley mixture to a medium bowl and stir in oil, vinegar, lemon zest (if using), and red pepper; season with salt.
