Ingredients for - Chimichurri Sauce

1. 1 c. firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley -
2. 3 cloves garlic -
3. 2 tbsp. fresh oregano -
4. 1/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
5. 1/4 c. red wine vinegar -
6. 2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest (optional) -
7. Pinch of red pepper flakes -
8. Kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Chimichurri Sauce

1. Stage

In a food processor, pulse parsley, garlic, and oregano until herbs and garlic are finely chopped. (This can also be done by hand with a chef's knife.)

2. Stage

Transfer parsley mixture to a medium bowl and stir in oil, vinegar, lemon zest (if using), and red pepper; season with salt.
