Ingredients for - Sun-Dried Tomatoes

1. 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
2. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
3. 1 tsp. dried oregano (optional)
4. Kosher salt
5. Freshly ground back pepper

How to cook deliciously - Sun-Dried Tomatoes

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 225° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes with oil and oregano if using, and season with salt and pepper.

2 . Stage

Arrange tomatoes cut side up on baking sheet. Roast 4 to 4 hours 45 minutes, until fully dried out.
