Ingredients for - Egg In Carbonara

1. 4 oz. spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
2. 4 large eggs, divided
3. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4. 1 tbsp. heavy cream
5. Kosher salt 
6. Freshly ground black pepper
7. 1/3 c. chopped cooked bacon
8. Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish

How to cook deliciously - Egg In Carbonara

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 450°. In a large mixing bowl, whisk two eggs, parmesan, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add the spaghetti and bacon. Toss until fully coated. 

2 . Stage

Scoop a half of the pasta mixture onto a baking sheet. Gather into a nest and create an indent in the center. Repeat with remaining pasta to make 2 nests. 

3 . Stage

Crack an egg into each nest. Bake until eggs are just set and yolks are still runny, about 12 to 15 minutes. Season egg with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
