1. Old-fashioned rolled oats - 4 cups
2. Sliced almonds - 1 cup
3. Unsweetened shredded coconut - ½ cup
4. Raw cashews - ¼ cup
5. Whole raw hazelnuts - ¼ cup
6. Raw sunflower seeds - ¼ cup
7. Unsalted pumpkin seeds (pepitas) - ¼ cup
8. Pure maple syrup - ½ cup
9. Safflower oil - 2 tablespoons
10. Kosher salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Dried cranberries - ½ cup
12. Dried hibiscus petals, coarsely chopped - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry-Hibiscus Granola

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Pour oats, almonds, coconut, cashews, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds onto a rimmed baking sheet. Add maple syrup, oil, and salt; toss together until evenly coated.

Bake in the preheated oven, tossing once, until golden and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes. Add cranberries and hibiscus petals and toss with a spoon to combine. Let cool.
