Ingredients for - Avocado Chicken Salad Sandwich
1. 8 slices Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Bread -
4. 1/2 tsp. hot sauce -
5. 2 c. diced rotisserie chicken -
6. 1/4 c. red onion -
7. 1/4 c. celery -
8. 1 ripe avocado, diced -
10. 4 pieces romaine lettuce -
11. 1 vine ripened tomato, thinly sliced -
12. 2 c. microgreens such as micro basil or micro arugula, or sprouts -
How to cook deliciously - Avocado Chicken Salad Sandwich
1. Stage
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce. Stir in chicken, red onion, and celery. Fold in avocado. Season with salt, if needed.
2. Stage
Top half of the slices of Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Bread with lettuce, tomato, chicken salad, and sprouts. Sandwich with remaining slices. Slice in half and serve.
