4. Red grapes, halved - 1 cup
5. Belgian endive, halved and shredded - 2 medium heads
6. Green onions, chopped - 4 stalks
7. Dried cranberries - ¼ cup
8. Chopped fresh parsley - 3 tablespoons
9. Chopped fresh mint - 2 tablespoons
10. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
11. Lemon, juiced - ½
12. Honey (Optional) - 2 teaspoons
13. Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste - 2 teaspoons
