Ingredients for - Air Fryer Truffle Fries

1. Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries - 1 ¾ pounds
2. Truffle-infused olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
4. Grated Parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoon
5. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 teaspoons
6. Black truffle sea salt - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Truffle Fries

1. Stage

Place fries in a bowl. Cover with water and let soak for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.

2. Stage

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.

3. Stage

Place drained fries into a large bowl. Add truffle olive oil and paprika; stir until evenly combined. Transfer fries to the air fryer basket.

4. Stage

Air fry for 20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes. Transfer fries to a bowl. Add Parmesan cheese, parsley, and truffle salt. Toss to coat.
