1. Butter - 2 tablespoons
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Onion, chopped - 1 large
4. Red bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
5. Yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
6. Green bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1
7. Cubed cooked chicken breast meat - 2 cups
8. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
9. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
10. Pure maple syrup - ¼ cup
11. Heavy cream - 1 cup
12. Hot curry paste - 2 ½ tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Maple-Curry Chicken

1. Stage

Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell peppers; cook until onion is soft and translucent. Mix in cooked chicken and garlic, then sprinkle with sugar. Cook and stir for about 3 minutes, then stir in maple syrup and cook until caramelized, about 5 more minutes.

Stir in heavy cream and curry paste; reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered until sauce reaches desired thickness, 10 to 15 minutes.
