Ingredients for - Chicken and Dumplings with Biscuits

1. Whole chicken, cut into pieces - 1 (2 to 3 pound)
2. Salt - 1 teaspoon
3. Freshly ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
4. All-purpose flour - ¼ cup
5. Biscuit baking mix - 1 pound
6. Carrots, sliced - 2 large
7. Celery, finely chopped - 2 stalks
8. Potatoes, peeled and chopped - 5 large

How to cook deliciously - Chicken and Dumplings with Biscuits

1. Stage

Put chicken pieces in a large pot over medium heat, and add enough water to cover 3 inches over the chicken. Add the salt, celery, pepper, carrots, celery and potatoes. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 40 minutes.
