Ingredients for - Light Malt Loaf

1. Warm water - 1 cup
2. Nonfat dry milk powder - 2 tablespoons
3. Butter, softened - 2 tablespoons
4. Brown sugar - 2 ½ tablespoons
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Bread flour - 2 cups
7. Malted barley flour - 1 cup
8. Active dry yeast - 2 teaspoons
9. Milk - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Light Malt Loaf

1. Stage

Place all ingredients (except the milk) into the bread machine pan in the above order, or as directed by the manufacturer. Select the Basic Bread setting; press Start.

2. Stage

After the baking cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan and brush the just baked bread with milk. This will give it a soft and shiny crust.
