Ingredients for - Bourbon Bacon Pulled Pork

1. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
2. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
3. Salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
5. Pork loin - 2 pounds
6. Packed brown sugar - 1 cup
7. Bourbon - ½ cup
8. Apple cider vinegar - ⅓ cup
9. Cooked bacon, crumbled - 8 slices

How to cook deliciously - Bourbon Bacon Pulled Pork

1. Stage

Combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Massage over all sides of pork loin for 1 minute. Place pork in a slow cooker.

2. Stage

Mix brown sugar, bourbon, and apple cider vinegar together in a bowl and pour over pork loin. Close slow cooker.

3. Stage

Cook on Low until pork is tender, 8 to 10 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Mix with bacon.
