1. Unsalted butter, softened - 1 cup
2. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
3. White sugar - 1 cup
4. Sifted confectioners' sugar - 1 cup
5. Eggs - 2 large
6. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
7. All-purpose flour - 4 cups
8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Cream of tartar - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Chopped pecans - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Pecan Shortbread Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Cream butter, oil, white sugar, and confectioners' sugar together in a large bowl using an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in vanilla extract.

Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir gradually into the butter mixture. Stir in pecans.
