Ingredients for - Blonde Brownies with White Chocolate and Cranberries

1. All-purpose flour - 1 ¼ cups
2. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
3. Brown sugar - 1 ⅓ cups
4. Butter, melted - ½ cup
5. Egg - 1
6. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
7. White chocolate chips - 1 cup
8. Dried cranberries - 1 cup
9. Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Blonde Brownies with White Chocolate and Cranberries

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8x2-inch baking pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil.

Whisk together flour and baking powder.

3. Stage

Combine brown sugar and butter in a large bowl. Mix until fully incorporated. Add egg, vanilla and flour mixture and continue mixing until fully incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips and cranberries.

4. Stage

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until edges are firm and starting to pull away from sides of the pan.

5. Stage

Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before serving.
