4. Milk - 2 tablespoons
5. Strawberry jam - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. All-purpose flour - 1 ¼ cups
7. Baking powder - 1 ¾ teaspoons
8. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Shortening - ¼ cup
11. Egg yolk - 1
12. Buttermilk - ½ cup
13. Toothpicks - 12
14. Strawberries, cut into 1/2-inch slices - ½ pound
15. Strawberry jam - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Beat heavy cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Cream together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, milk, and 1 1/2 teaspoon strawberry jam in a separate large bowl.

Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Whisk together flour, baking powder, white sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
