I really like the idea of baking pancakes in serving forms. It's very pretty. Heat a frying pan, grease the inside of the molds with vegetable oil. Place them in the pan. Spread 1.5 tbsp. of batter. Bake for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Gently invert with a wide spatula and finish baking. Check the readiness with a toothpick. Bake all the fritters this way. The yield is 10 pieces.
