1. Fresh cranberries 1 (12 ounce) package
2. White sugar 1 ¼ cups
3. Chopped green onion ¼ cup
4. Chopped fresh cilantro ¼ cup
5. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced 1 small
6. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
7. Ground cumin ¼ teaspoon
8. Salt 1 pinch
9. Cream cheese 2 (8 ounce) packages

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

1 . Stage

Chop cranberries in a food processor or by hand. Transfer to a bowl.

2 . Stage

Add sugar, green onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lemon juice, cumin, and salt to cranberries; mix well. Cover and store in the refrigerator until cranberries have lost some of their bitter taste, about 4 hours.

3 . Stage

Place cream cheese bricks on a plate and pour cranberry mixture over top. Serve immediately.
