1. Bacon, cubed, or to taste - ¼ pound
2. Sour cream - 4 tablespoons
3. Shredded Italian cheese blend, or to taste - ¼ cup
4. Purple onion, diced - ⅓ large
5. Elephant garlic, chopped - 1 clove
6. Super-mammoth olives stuffed with garlic and jalapeno - 4
7. Ground multi-colored peppercorns, or to taste - 1 pinch
8. Salt - 1 pinch
9. Delicata squash, halved lengthwise and seeded - 1
10. Chopped cherry tomatoes, or to taste - ¼ cup
11. Parsley, or to taste - ⅛ cup

How to cook deliciously - Baked and Stuffed Delicata Squash

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine bacon, sour cream, shredded Italian cheese blend, onion, garlic, olives, pepper, and salt in a bowl and stir to blend. Place squash halves in a baking dish and fill each with stuffing.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 30 to 40 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
