Ingredients for - Baltimore Ravens Jell-O Shots

1. 36 plastic shot glasses -
2. 3 1/2 tbsp. grape Jell-O powder -
3. 3 1/2 tbsp. lime Jell-O powder -
4. 3 envelopes Knox plain gelatin, divided -
5. 3 c. Cold vodka -
6. Black food coloring -
7. 1/2 c. milk -
8. 3 oz. box lemon Jell-O -
9. 3 oz. box grape Jell-O -

How to cook deliciously - Baltimore Ravens Jell-O Shots

1. Stage

Before starting, line up all shot glasses on one or two cookie sheets that will fit nicely in your fridge.

2. Stage

For black layer: In a medium saucepan, mix together 1 cup of water with grape and lime Jell-O and sprinkle 1 envelope of gelatin on top. Allow mixture to sit for 1 minute; whisk everything together and heat on medium until it reaches a simmer. Add 1 cup of vodka and whisk together. Add a few drops of black food coloring and mix well. Place 1 tablespoon of black Jell-O mixture into each of your plastic shot glasses and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

3. Stage

For yellow layer: In a medium saucepan, mix together ½ cup milk and ½ cup water with the box of lemon Jell-O and sprinkle 1 envelope of gelatin on top. Allow mixture to sit for 1 minute, then whisk everything together and heat on medium until it reaches a simmer. Allow Jell-O to cool to room temperature then add about 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of yellow mixture to each shot glass. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.

4. Stage

For purple layer: In a medium saucepan, mix together 1 cups of water with box of grape Jell-O and sprinkle 1 envelope of gelatin on top. Allow mixture to sit for 1 minute, then whisk everything together and heat on medium heat until it reaches a simmer. Add 1 cup of vodka and whisk together again. Allow mixture to cool down to room temperature, then top off each shot glass with about 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of purple Jello. Refrigerate again for at least 3 hours before serving so Jell-O shots are completely set.
