Ingredients for - Berry Overnight Oats

1. Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked) - ½ cup
2. Non-fat milk - ½ cup
3. Non-fat plain Greek yogurt - ½ cup
4. Chia seeds (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
5. Fresh mixed berries and fruit - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Berry Overnight Oats

1. Stage

Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk.

2. Stage

Layer Greek yogurt, chia seeds and mixed fruit and berries.

3. Stage

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!
