1. Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked) - 2 ½ cups
2. Honey - 2 tablespoons
3. Creamy or chunky peanut butter - ¼ cup
4. Ripe mashed banana - 1 cup
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Peanut Butter & Banana Energy Bites

1. Stage

Place oats and cinnamon in a large bowl; stir to blend well. Add mashed banana, peanut butter, and honey. Stir until ingredients are well blended.

2. Stage

Shape into 24 (about 1-inch diameter) balls. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered.
