How to cook deliciously - Blueberry jelly with cardamom

Pour 75 milliliters of cold boiled water over the gelatin. Let it stand for a while and swell.

Bring the remaining 150 ml of water to a boil, put the blueberries and sugar to taste. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
