1. Stage
Pour 75 milliliters of cold boiled water over the gelatin. Let it stand for a while and swell.

Bring the remaining 150 ml of water to a boil, put the blueberries and sugar to taste. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

At the end add cardamom and rub the syrup and berries through a sieve.

Melt the gelatin (not boiling!) over low heat.

Let the berry syrup cool slightly. Combine with the gelatin and pour into the creams. Put in our fridge for 3-4 hours. Done! Enjoy the bright blueberry flavor combined with the spicy cardamom!)
