1. Pork neck - 350 gram
2. Canned pineapple - 200 gram
3. Ground ginger - 1 Tsp
4. Carrot - 100 gram
5. Sugar - 5 gram
6. Potato starch - 15 gram
7. Soy sauce - 50 Ml
8. Vegetable oil - 40 Ml
9. Bell pepper - 1 PC.

We make a marinade mixing soy sauce with starches, ginger and sugar. We clean the peppers from seeds, cut them into strips, and we also cut carrots. Pour a little oil into a heated pan, put pepper and carrots. Fry vegetables for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally. Add slices of pineapple to vegetables, mix and remove from heat. Fry meat in a hot frying pan for about 15 minutes, then add vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
