How to cook deliciously - Chops under the fur coat

Let's prepare our simple ingredients and create a masterpiece out of them.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes. I make a cross-shaped incision, put them in boiling water, then in cold water, and the skin comes off practically by itself.

Cut mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers into thin slices. You can do it by hand, I cut them in a food processor, it greatly reduces the time.

Slices of vegetables in a bowl, salt, pepper to taste, pour lemon juice and mix well.

Prepare the meat. We cut it in portions or in the form of small medallions, beat it through the foil (not to the holes!)

Roast on a greased and heated grill pan until the characteristic streaks appear and the meat is half cooked. Do not salt in advance, so the meat will retain more juice.

Salt and pepper the fried chops on one side. This will give a sort of "layering" of flavors in the final dish. Transfer the chops to the baking tray.

Place the ready chops in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for a maximum of half an hour. Make sure they don't burn. The time depends on the thickness of your chops. You can cover the top with a sheet of foil.
