2. 2 tbsp. mayonnaise -
3. Kosher salt -
4. Freshly ground black pepper -
5. 2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken -
6. 4 stalks celery, cut into 3" pieces -
7. 1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese -
8. Ranch, for drizzling -
9. chives, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Buffalo Chicken Celery Boats

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together hot sauce and mayo and season with salt and pepper. Pour over shredded chicken and mix to combine.

2. Stage

Spoon chicken mixture into celery boats.
