1. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
2. 4 cloves garlic, grated -
3. 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined -
4. Kosher salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 3 tbsp. butter -
7. 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley -

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Parsley Shrimp

1. Stage

In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring with a wooden spoon. Add shrimp, then season with salt and pepper and cook until slightly pink, about 2 minutes per side.

2. Stage

Increase heat to medium-high and add butter. When butter begins to foam add parsley. Cook until parsley is crispy and shrimp is pink with browned edges.

3. Stage

Transfer to a platter and serve.
