1. 8 slices bacon, sliced into ½” pieces -
2. 1 onion, thinly sliced -
3. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature -
4. 1 c. Duke’s Mayonnaise -
5. 1 c. shredded cheddar, divided -
9. 1 tbsp. Chopped chives, for garnish -

1. Stage
To skillet, add onions and caramelize, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
