2. 1 egg, beaten -
3. 1 c. italian breadcrumbs -
4. 1 14-oz. can cream of mushroom soup -
5. 4 bone-in pork chops -
6. Kosher salt -
7. Black pepper -
8. 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Southern Fried Pork Chops with Gravy

1. Stage

In medium saucepan, heat vegetable oil until warm.

2. Stage

In three separate bowls set out egg, breadcrumbs, and cream of mushroom soup combined with 1/2 cup water.

3. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly season pork chops with salt and pepper, then dip in egg bath and then breadcrumbs. Make sure chop is covered completely in breadcrumbs.
