6. Kosher salt - 2 teaspoons
7. Black pepper - 2 teaspoons
8. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
10. Chopped green chile peppers - 2 (4 ounce) cans
11. Tomatillo salsa - 3 ½ cups
12. Chicken stock - 6 cups
13. Cubed skinless, boneless chicken - 1 pound
14. White beans, drained - 3 (15 ounce) cans
15. Sweet corn, drained - 2 (15.25 ounce) cans
16. Beer - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle
17. Cilantro, stemmed and roughly chopped - 1 bunch

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker White Bean Chicken Chili

1. Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili powder; saute until onion is translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Transfer onion mixture to a slow cooker.

Add chicken stock, chicken, beans, corn, beer, and cilantro. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 2 hours.
