1. 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened -
2. 3/4 c. coconut flour -
3. 1 tsp. stevia -
4. 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
5. 1 tsp. cinnamon -
6. 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg -
7. 1 c. grated carrots -
8. 1/2 c. chopped pecans -
9. 1 c. shredded unsweetened coconut -

How to cook deliciously - Carrot Cake Keto Balls

1. Stage

In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat together cream cheese, coconut flour, stevia, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Fold in carrots and pecans. 

2. Stage

Roll into 16 balls then roll in shredded coconut and serve.
