Ingredients for - Cherry Delight with Walnut Crust

1. Egg whites 6
2. White sugar 2 cups
3. Cream of tartar ¾ teaspoon
4. Crushed saltine crackers 2 cups
5. Chopped walnuts 1 cup
6. Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
7. Cherry pie filling 2 (21 ounce) cans
8. Frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 (16 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Cherry Delight with Walnut Crust

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

2 . Stage

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the sugar and cream of tarter; beat until sugar is dissolved.

3 . Stage

Add crackers, nuts and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.

4 . Stage

Remove from oven, cool and cut into squares. Top each serving with pie filling and whipped topping.
