2. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
3. Butter, softened - 1 cup
4. White sugar - ¼ cup
5. Packed brown sugar - ¾ cup
6. Instant pistachio pudding mix - 1 (3.4 ounce) package
7. Eggs - 2
8. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
9. Semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 (12 ounce) bag
10. Chopped maraschino cherries - ½ cup
11. Chopped pistachios - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Spumoni Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda; set aside.

2. Stage

Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in the instant pudding mix until well combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips, cherries, and pistachios. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased baking pans.
