1. 1/2 pound medium fresh mushrooms -
2. 1/4 cup butter, melted -
3. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed -
4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt -
5. Grilled lemon wedges, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Mushrooms

1. Stage

Thread the mushrooms on four metal or soaked wooden skewers.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, dill and garlic salt. Brush it over the mushrooms.

3. Stage

Grill, covered, over medium-high heat until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Baste and turn the mushrooms every five minutes. Serve with grilled lemon wedges if desired.
