1. 1 large egg white -
2. 2 tsp. vanilla powder or vanilla sugar -
3. 1 tsp. cocoa powder -
4. 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper -
5. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
6. 1/4 c. sugar -
7. 2 c. mixed raw nuts -

How to cook deliciously - Cocoa, Chili, and Vanilla Spiced Nuts

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly beat egg white in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except nuts, mixing until slightly frothy. Add nuts and mix well.

2. Stage

Spray or lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet. Pour mixture onto sheet, spreading nuts out in a single layer. Bake until crispy, 40 to 45 minutes, turning once after 20 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Garnish with extra sugar (if using). Nuts can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
