1. 3 c. mostaccioli
2. 1 package frozen chopped spinach
3. 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
4. 1 c. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
5. 2 eggs
6. 1 package KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
7. 1/4 c. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

How to cook deliciously - Four-Cheese Pasta Florentine

1 . Stage

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

2 . Stage

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook spinach as directed on package; drain well. Place in large bowl. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Stir in cottage cheese and eggs until well blended.

3 . Stage

Drain pasta. Add to spinach mixture with mozzarella; mix lightly. Spoon into 8- or 9-inch square baking dish; top with Parmesan.

4 . Stage

Bake 25 minutes or until center is set.
