1. 1/2 c. low-fat Greek yogurt -
2. 1 c. organic or English or hothouse cucumber -
3. 1/2 c. frozen green grapes -
4. 1/4 c. chopped green or spring onions -
5. 10 medium fresh mint leaves -
6. 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
7. 1/4 tsp. Sea salt -
8. 1/2 c. filtered water -
9. 1 c. Chopped green apple -
10. 1/2 c. cottage cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Greek Goddess Smoothie

1. Stage

Combine the yogurt, cucumber, grapes, green/spring onions, 10 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a blender. Add water, up to 1/2 cup, if necessary. Blend until smooth. Add the apple and cottage cheese and pulse a few times, just until incorporated. Taste and adjust the seasoning with mint, lemon juice, and salt.
