3. 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
4. 8 oz. fontina cheese, cubed -
5. 8 oz. havarti cheese, cubed -
6. 2 tbsp. cornstarch -
7. 1 tsp. Dijon mustard -
8. 2 large pinches ground nutmeg -
9. Kosher salt -
10. Freshly ground black pepper -
11. Apple Slices -
12. Crackers -
13. Dried fruit -
14. Small pretzels -
15. Blanched vegetables, such as broccoli or asparagus -

How to cook deliciously - Cast-Iron Skillet Fondue

1. Stage

Rub the bottom and sides of an 8-inch cast-iron skillet with the cut sides of the garlic; discard garlic. Pour [ yellow tail ] Pinot Grigio and lemon juice into the skillet and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and add both cheeses, cornstarch, mustard, and nutmeg.

2. Stage

Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is just melted and mixture just starts to bubble. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately, keeping the dip warm, with desired dipping items and glasses of [ yellow tail ] Pinot Grigio.
