1. 3 tbsp. butter, divided -
2. 2 cloves garlic, minced -
3. 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined -
4. 1 tbsp. dried oregano -
5. Kosher salt -
6. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour -
8. 1 c. milk -
9. 3/4 c. dry white wine -
10. 1 c. feta, plus more for garnish -
11. 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella -
12. 2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved -
13. 1 c. halved Kalamata olives -
14. 1/2 c. chopped cucumbers -
15. 12 oz. cooked fettuccine -
16. Freshly chopped dill, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Greek Shrimp Fettuccine

1. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add shrimp and dried oregano and season with salt and pepper. Cook until pink, 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

2. Stage

To skillet add remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add flour and cook until golden, 1 minute, then add milk and white wine and cook until thick, 3 minutes. Stir in feta and mozzarella until creamy. Return shrimp to skillet along with tomatoes, olives, and cucumbers.
