Ingredients for - Haunted New York Sour

1. Ice -
2. 4 oz. bourbon -
3. 1 oz. fresh lemon juice -
4. 2 tbsp. Simple Syrup -
5. 1 oz. [ yellow tail ] Cabernet Sauvignon -
6. 1 strip lemon zest, for serving -
7. 1 maraschino cherry, for serving  -

How to cook deliciously - Haunted New York Sour

1. Stage

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.

2. Stage

Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Slowly pour [ yellow tail ] Cabernet Sauvignon down the back of a spoon into the cocktail to float. Squeeze lemon peel over the top of the glass and run the edge of it around the rim. Garnish with the peel and cherry, and serve.
